In this race to lick the spoonful of peanut butter the fastest, handlers must kneel in front of their dogs and have the handle of spoon in their mouth Handlers cannot use hands except to hold leash. If the handler drops the spoon out of his/her mouth he may pick it up , put the handle back in his/her mouth and continue. If the spoon is dropped, the dog cannot lick the spoon until it is back in the handlers mouth. Winner will be the first three (3) dogs to “LICK THE SPOON CLEAN”.

How fast can your dog eat hot dog pieces? How about if they are floating in a small bucket of water? There will be hot dog chunks floating in a small bucket of water. Your dog has to eat all the hot dog chunks in his bucket faster than any other dog. For large dogs, there will be 6 hot dog chunks, for med dogs there will be 5 and small dogs will have 3. Handlers cannot touch hot dogs in bucket; however, they may hold the bucket steady. In event of a tie we will have a dunk-off to get the top 3 winners.

Marathon Down will test your dog’s obedience and concentration. After handlers place their dogs in the down position, various distractions will be presented to the dogs. The dogs that remain down the longest win. Tougher distractions will be added to break ties.

In this race against the clock, you have one minute to stack as many biscuits as you can into a tower of tasty dog treats. But there is an added challenge! You must build this tower of treats in front of your dog! If your dog eats any of the biscuits, you and your dog will be eliminated from the game. If your tower falls down, you can rebuild until time runs out. The winner is the dog and handler team with the Tallest Tower (number of Layers)!

Measure your dog’s love in kisses. How long will your dog kiss your face without stopping? Find out in the Kiss Off. Winners will be decided by judges. Top 3 dogs receive medals

In this test of obedience and will power, dogs must resist the lure of tasty treats and obey their handlers by “staying.” Dogs sit in front of a paper plate with their handlers by their side. Handlers tell their dogs to “leave it” but may not use the leash to hold the dog back. Treats, which include popcorn dog food, dog treats, cheese and pieces of hot dog, are placed on the plates one at a time. If a dog breaks and goes for the treats, he is excused from the competition. The final three dogs remaining win.

Dogs retrieve balls that have been numbered. The dog that collects the highest total wins. Each dog will have 30 seconds to collect as many tennis balls as possible. Top 3 totals win.

How low can your dog go? Find out in the Doggy Limbo. Dogs are split into groups of large (over 18”) and small dogs to shimmy under a bar. Top 3 winners from each group will receive medals

This is musical chairs for dogs! While the music plays, handlers heel their dogs around a row of hula hoops. When the music stops, handlers tell their dogs to “sit” (or “down”) so that at least two of their paws are in a hoop. Any dogs without two paws in a hoop are excused. One hoop is then removed and the game continues until only one dog remains. The last three dogs will be awarded medals

This obstacle course is designed to test your dog’s agility, speed and coordination. Try to make it through all the obstacles with the fastest time. Part of the course will have tasks that the dog will be asked to preform. This is NOT your normal agility run. We've added a few twists.
